INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. INTRODUCTION
The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH) Bauchi is established to deliver timely Health services, with effective supervision in an efficient and Economic manner as well provide capacity building and improve personnel through Trainings and Research. ENABLE 1.5 Project has allocated funds for the procurement of Project Vehicle for ATBUTH Bauchi. Reputable and competent Companies with relevant experience and good track records are hereby invites to indicate interest for the following:

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Suitable qualified Companies are invited to submit Three (3) bound copies of Technical documents duly signed, paginated, separated and arranged in the order outlined hereunder:
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7, Business Name with Form BN1 is also acceptable;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025; with a minimum annual turnover (as stated in the TCC & concurrent with the audited accounts)
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026;
f. Evidence of Firm’s Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. Sworn Affidavit:
– Whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital Bauchi or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
– That the company is not in receivership or about to be in receivership or not replacement for a hitherto tax defaulting company.
– That the Company is not subject to any form of Insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding down petition or proceedings;
– Not to have any Director who has been convicted in any country for Criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years – 2023, 2024 & 2025 duly certified by Auditor,
i. Evidence of Financial capability or Reference letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria clearly indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project.
j. Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of Key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies their license/Certificate such as COREN, or Certificate qualifying them as Professional Automobile Engineers;
k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs (in size, nature & complexity) executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
l. Letter of Authorization from the original Manufacturers in accordance with approved list of accredited locally manufactured brand in Nigeria by the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC);
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided indicating among others the Lead Partner (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner).
n. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the company.
o. Company must have at least Five (5) years’ experience on similar Business and can be able to fulfill delivery within agreed period of time.
